Questions about custom engagement rings
How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
From $2,500, with no ceiling. The center stone drives most of the price, so most of the appointment is spent choosing it. You get a written quote before anything is made, and the price does not move after you approve the design.
How long does a custom engagement ring take?
Two to six weeks from approved design to collection, depending on how complex the ring is. If you have a proposal date sooner than that, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Should I choose a natural or lab grown diamond?
Both, and we will show you the two side by side at your appointment. Lab grown stones let most people go noticeably larger or cleaner for the same budget. Neither choice is the wrong one, and we will never push you toward either.
Is the diamond certified?
Yes. Our center stones are GIA or IGI certified, and each ring above names the lab that graded it.
Can you make a ring from photos I have saved?
Yes, and most people do. Bring your saved references and we will design your version of them, built properly, with stones you have actually seen.
Can you reset a diamond from a family ring?
Yes. Resetting heirloom stones is some of our favourite work, and old gold can go toward the new piece. Bring it to the appointment.
Do you make matching wedding bands?
Yes, a single band or a matching set, and they can be designed alongside the engagement ring.
I am not in Houston. Can we still do this?
Of course. We design over video, send renders for approval, and ship insured anywhere in the country.
