Who is responsible for your information

SJRA Jewels LLC, a Texas limited liability company trading as Made of Honey, is responsible for the information described below. “We” and “us” mean SJRA Jewels LLC throughout this policy.

What we collect

When you use the consultation form we collect your name, mobile number and email address, the project details you select (piece type, budget range, timeline and appointment preference), and optionally your Instagram handle and any reference photographs you choose to attach.

We also record which advertisement or link brought you here, using campaign parameters in the web address and your referring page, so we can tell which marketing actually produces enquiries.

If you book an appointment, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter on its booking form.

We do not collect payment card details through this site, and we never ask for them by text or email.

How we use it

• To quote your project and contact you about it.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about your consultation.
• To measure which ads and pages produce enquiries.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box, SJRA Jewels LLC may text, call or email you about your project. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry and where your project has got to. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent by any other reasonable means — replying with words such as stop, end, quit, cancel, unsubscribe or revoke, telling us at your appointment, calling us, or emailing hello@madeofhoney.com. We will action any request within ten business days, and usually the same day.

Opting out of marketing messages does not stop service messages about an appointment you have already booked.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, or the fact that you consented to messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your number is used by us, and by the providers listed below who handle messages and records on our behalf.

Email

Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message, and we honour it promptly. You can also email hello@madeofhoney.com to be removed.

We are not currently sending marketing email. We will not begin until we can print a postal address in every message, as the law requires.

Cookies and advertising

Advertising and analytics cookies — including the Meta Pixel and Google tags — are not loaded until you accept them in the consent banner. If you decline, the site works normally and no marketing tags are placed. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We do not sell your personal information for money. When you accept advertising cookies, limited information about your visit is shared with Meta and Google so we can measure which advertisements work — some state privacy laws define that broadly as a “sale” or “sharing”. Declining the banner stops it, and nothing is shared before you answer.

Who we share it with

These providers process information on our behalf, under our instructions. We do not give anyone your details to market their own products.

• Calendly — appointment scheduling.
• HubSpot — our customer records.
• Vercel — website hosting, and storage for reference photographs you upload.
• Google Workspace — our email.
• Slack — internal notification when an enquiry arrives.
• Meta and Google — advertising measurement, and only with your consent.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can service warranties and repeat work. Records attached to a completed commission are kept for as long as we guarantee that piece, since lifetime cleaning and polishing means we need to know what we made. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@madeofhoney.com or calling (832) 335-1610.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act exempts businesses of our size from most of its requirements, and we are below the thresholds of the other states' comprehensive privacy laws. We honour these requests anyway, from anyone who asks, rather than checking where you live first. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Records are held in the providers listed above under accounts protected by two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

One specific we would rather state than leave you to assume: reference photographs you attach are stored at their own web address, which is long and randomly generated so that it cannot be guessed or found through search, but which is not itself password protected. Anyone given that address can open the photograph. We share it only with the providers listed above, and you are welcome to bring your references to the appointment instead of attaching them here.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we contact you will be notified directly.
